When traveling though Blackfoot, you definitely won't wan to miss the Idaho Potato Expo, a museum that explains the entire history of the potato industry. The museum is situated in the old Oregon Short Line Railroad Depot, and you'll find exhibits on everything and anything involving potatoes: the growing and harvesting process, nutritional facts, the first potato ever planted in Idaho, and the largest potato ever harvested. The expo is located in downtown Balckfoot, ID.
